It depends on the insurance option you choose:

  • -With Basic Insurance, a deposit is required. The amount ranges from €600 to €1100 depending on the vehicle category.
  • -With Premium Insurance, no deposit is required. Nothing will be held or blocked from your credit card.

Do you provide insurance options with zero excess?

Yes! By choosing our Premium Insurance, you enjoy zero excess in case of damage or accident, and no deposit is required from your credit card.

What is the minimum rental period?

There is no minimum rental period; you can rent our cars for as long as you like. However, the minimum chargeable duration is one day.

What licenses are accepted?

Valid driving licenses issued by the European Community are accepted. Other licenses require an International Driving Permit. Drivers must have held a full license for at least two years.

Is it possible to modify or cancel a reservation after completing the booking?

Yes, modifications can be made directly by contacting us. However, returning the vehicle earlier does not result in a refund.

Can I make changes to the reservation after picking up the rental car?

Do I receive a reimbursement if I return the car ahead of schedule?

Yes, all rental prices include VAT and local taxes. There are no hidden fees or additional charges unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

How much baggage can the rental car accommodate?

This depends on the type of car. Detailed information is available during the booking process at the car selection stage, where you can see the baggage capacity for each vehicle.

Is there emergency aid and breakdown assistance, and how can I contact you?

Yes, we provide emergency aid and breakdown assistance. Simply contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide you with a replacement vehicle.
